It uses a 3 billion parameter transformer architecture to generate natural voices with over 20 emotions, real-time streaming capabilities, and natural language voice control. The model is released as open source software under the Apache 2.0 license.

2. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the voices generated by Maya 1. The output is based on the input provided and the model's training, which may have limitations or biases. Voice generation quality may vary depending on the voice description, text content, and hardware configuration.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the input they provide and the resulting content generated. Maya 1 cannot be held liable for any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content created through our service. Users must ensure that generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Users retain rights to the specific audio content they generate using Maya 1, provided their input does not infringe on existing copyrights.
b. Maya Research retains all rights to the underlying AI technology and models, subject to the Apache 2.0 license terms.
c. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any text or concepts they input into the system.

5. Content Moderation
